Delivery Policy

The products listed in our store are shipped directly from our distribution centers to the address provided in our store when you complete your order. Shipping may also originate from a distribution center overseas (USA, Europe, or China).

Delivery time is 7 to 25 business days after the order is posted at the Brazilian Post Office, according to the Brazilian postal system.

Your order will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation and logistics processing.

Please note:

Patel Shop will ensure that products are shipped to the address selected by the customer at the time of purchase. Therefore, we ask that customers carefully fill in the delivery address for their products to ensure delivery is completed smoothly. The customer is solely responsible for the information provided at the time of registration, and Parela Shop will not be held liable for any charges arising from incorrect data. If the product is not delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer, a new product will only be sent upon completion of a new purchase.
